When is the RSVP Deadline?

Please RSVP by Thursday, April 15, 2027.

What time should we arrive?

Please plan to arrive between 4:00 and 4:20, as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. If you’d like extra time to settle in, guests are welcome to arrive as early as 3:30 PM.

Where should I stay?

For more detailed information and direct booking links, please head over to the “Lodging & Travel” section of our website! Black Canyon Inn offers onsite lodging, and immediate family of the Trammell and Staats families will be staying there during the wedding weekend. Other family and friends are welcome to book onsite as well! Since onsite lodging is limited and tends to book quickly, we recommend reserving your stay in advance if you are interested in staying there. If onsite lodging is not the right fit, there are also plenty of nearby hotels and Airbnb options available.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We plan to hold the ceremony under a covered pavilion, with cocktail hour outdoors (weather permitting). Dinner and dancing will take place indoors afterward.

What should I wear?

For semi-formal attire, think summery dresses or dress pants with a collared shirt. Most importantly, wear something you feel good in! Mountain weather likes to keep things interesting. It could be sunny and beautiful or a little chilly with snow in the mix, so be sure to check the forecast and plan your outfit accordingly. Part of the ceremony will be outdoors in a pavilion (with heaters if needed).

What is the parking situation?

Black Canyon Inn has a large parking lot directly next to the Homestead lodge. Cars can be left overnight if needed as long as they are picked up prior to 10am the following day, so please get home safely!

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Guests may drive personal vehicles to the venue; parking is available. Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) can be limited in Estes Park, especially at night, so please plan accordingly. Consider staying at an on-site or nearby hotel, arranging a designated driver, or booking a local taxi in advance to ensure a safe ride home.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on each invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, they will be noted there. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, and appreciate your understanding as we keep our guest list intimate.

Want to keep the celebration going?

While our time at the venue will come to an end Friday morning, May 14th, the celebration does not have to stop there! We will be continuing the fun with a little getaway to Glenwood Springs through Sunday. Family and friends are more than welcome to join us for the extended celebration, or use the weekend to create their own mini adventure, relax at home, or head back after the wedding festivities. We completely understand everyone will have their own plans and schedules, but we would love to spend as much extra time celebrating with everyone as possible! We will be staying at the X Lodge from Friday through Sunday and would love to see anyone who wants to keep the celebration going.
